Brought onboard to rebrand and reposition an existing small hotel, the team set out to radically refresh the property interiors while respecting and honouring the charms of this historical architecture typology. Every material and colour was meticulously chosen to create a comfortable, luxurious, but yet not over-the-top feel to hotel guests. Nanyang Kopi started out as a 34-seater family restaurant which takes pride in introducing the Singaporean Kopitiam experience to Macau. The WW team provided all services from conceptualisation, menu design, project management to procurement, brand creation and is currently managing the daily operations. Invited to open second outlet at Broadway Galaxy Macau in 2022.
